The Gowen Group has deep roots in the Philadelphia area. Founding Partner Christopher Gowen and William Phelan were born and raised in the Philadelphia area. Mr. Gowen and Mr. Phelan were high school graduates of Malvern Prep and La Salle College High School, respectively. Mr. Phelan has been involved with the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Committee on Civil and Equal Rights and Committee on Legal Services to Persons with Disabilities. The Gowen Group works closely with the Locks Law Firm, whose offices are located in the Curtis Center, next to historic Independence Hall.
The firm represents clients in Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.
